How Pipejet and Flowjet work

Innovative against limescale, rust and biofilm in your pipes.
Our innovative products do not use any salts or chemicals.
They work with electromagnetic pulses and have no moving parts.
This makes them maintenance-free and durable. Find out all about how pipejet®and Flowjet®work here:

1

loading="lazy"
Various suspended particles, such as limescale, magnesium or microorganisms, enter your pipe system with the water and are deposited on the pipe walls over the years.

2

loading="lazy"
The water and the suspended particles are stimulated to a physical reaction by a high-frequency, modulating magnetic field as they flow through the pipejet/flowjet. This creates tiny nano air bubbles in the water.

3

These nanobubbles are distributed throughout the entire pipe system, adhere to the surfaces and act as a separating and protective layer. Undesirable suspended particles, limescale or rust can hardly settle.

4

Where deposits are already present, the nanobubbles settle on the surfaces. There they implode and "blast" the tiniest particles out of the deposits. Thanks to this process, deposits are continuously reduced.

Proven for over 25 years

Our products and solutions are used by various industries and companies worldwide. Here are some of our customers:
Alianz, Scandic Hotels, Swedbank, Miele, BMW, Toyota, Bosch, Lamy, Varta, Grohe, 3M, Uvex, Wago, Phoenix Contact, Igus, Wemas, Westphälische Rohrwerke, Deutgen, L&R Kühlanlagen

Just like many other customers from industry, building technology, municipal services and the private sector.

Study on effectiveness
In 2021, the effectiveness of our systems was confirmed in an independent study by the Cracow University of Technology, Faculty of Environmental and Energy Engineering.

The aim of the study, which lasted several months, was to compare the changes in water quality in three different test systems within specific test periods. In addition, the possible susceptibility of the water tested in the systems to the growth of microorganisms was monitored and any changes in various pipe segments that were covered with corrosion, limescale and biological deposits were determined.

On the right you can see the changes caused by treatment with the Bauer Generator.
